Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IQ:mux, operated by LND Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 93 633 711 341). By using IQ:mux, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

01 — THE SERVICE

The service

IQ:mux is a business operations platform that uses AI to help businesses manage staff, jobs, compliance, communications, and finances. The AI assistant (Mux) is powered by Anthropic's Claude.

02 — YOUR ACCOUNT

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@iqmux.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Each user seat is for one individual. Sharing login credentials between multiple people is not permitted.

03 — PAYMENT AND BILLING

Payment and billing

Subscription plans are available in three tiers — Starter ($149 AUD/month, up to 3 staff), Solo ($249 AUD/month, up to 10 staff), and Growth ($349 AUD/month, unlimited staff). All plans are billed monthly in advance.

Extra admin seats are available on all plans at $49 AUD/month per seat.

AI query overages are charged at $5 per 200 additional queries and are automatically applied when your included allowance is exceeded.

VoIP call charges (when available) are billed as pay-as-you-go at published rates. 100 minutes per month are included.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Failed payments: if a payment fails, we will retry 3 times over 7 days. If payment is not received, your account will be suspended. Data is retained for 14 days during suspension.

04 — CANCELLATION

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing hello@iqmux.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current billing period.

After cancellation, you have 14 days to export your data. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

Read this section.

Mux provides guidance and performs actions based on information you provide. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

Compliance guidance provided by Mux is derived from job scope, trade type, and location. It is reference guidance only. Your licensed supervisor must verify all compliance requirements before sign-off. IQ:mux accepts no liability for regulatory or compliance outcomes.

AI outputs may contain errors. Do not rely solely on Mux for financial, legal, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

06 — ACCEPTABLE USE

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • ×Reverse engineer or attempt to extract IQ:mux's source code, AI models, or compliance knowledge packs.
  • ×Build a competing product using IQ:mux's platform or outputs.
  • ×Use IQ:mux to process data for customers you have not disclosed to us.
  • ×Attempt to access another customer's data.
  • ×Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform.
  • ×Misrepresent your identity or business.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

07 — YOUR DATA

Your data

You own your operational data. IQ:mux operates on a Bring Your Own Infrastructure model — your business data lives in your own Google Workspace. We hold connection metadata, OAuth tokens, and billing data only.

You grant IQ:mux a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

08 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual property

IQ:mux, the colon brand mark, the Mux name, all software, knowledge packs, compliance logic, and system prompts are the property of LND Group Pty Ltd. The trademark “IQ:mux” is registered with IP Australia.

You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the IQ:mux platform.

09 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LND Group Pty Ltd's total liability for any claim related to IQ:mux is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

10 — SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance will be notified 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties (Anthropic, Twilio, Stripe, Google, AWS).

11 — TERMINATION

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a security risk.

We may discontinue IQ:mux with 60 days notice. In this case, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any prepaid period.

12 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

13 — GOVERNING LAW

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
